Dr Karen Bateson

Dr Karen Bateson is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with a 25-year career supporting parent-infant relationships.  Karen has worked in the NHS and the voluntary sector in a range of clinical, development and leadership roles. She brings strategic and research expertise alongside a thorough understanding of clinical work.  Karen is also an author and lecturer, and joined OXPIP in January 2024 as Joint CEO, Executive Director. She became Sole CEO in November 2024.
