OXPIP Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to take on OXPIP's role of Operations Manager for Maternity Cover.

 

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of all business operations to enable clinicians to deliver safe and effective therapy, and our trainers to deliver high-quality training.

 

This role is part of our senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO directly and line managing the Administrator and Training Administrator. The post holder will occasionally be required to deputise in the CEO’s absence.

 

Our ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication skills including contributing to report writing, who is able to identify and communicate risk including to trustees, and to participate in risk management. They are able to research, write and communicate relevant organisational processes and policies including contracts, with an understanding of clinical data security and sensitivity. They have an organised approach and excellent time management skills, alongside a warm, friendly and empathetic approach.

 

We encourage hybrid working but all staff are required to attend one or two face-to-face meetings per month on a Wednesday, for a 8.45am start in Kidlington. This role will also require flexibility to attend face-to-face meetings in Oxfordshire as required.
