OXPIP Minute Taker (Board of Trustees)
We are seeking a Minute Taker for our Board of Trustees!
We are looking someone with previous experience of minute and note taking in a professional environment. You will have previous experience in minute and note taking in a professional environment. You will have excellent listening ability, the ability to maintain concentration during lengthy meetings and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to tune into the conversation, picking out the most important elements, capturing the key points of discussion, decisions and actions. These minutes are not a full verbatim account of the dialogue.
You will have a strong attention to detail and can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will need good word processing and email skills and your own laptop.
The successful applicant must understand confidentiality and will be experienced in handling confidential papers. Additionally, we cannot employ anyone already known to a member of paid staff.
The Oxford Parent Infant Project (OXPIP) is a friendly team of clinical and non-clinical staff who deliver therapeutic interventions for parents and babies across Oxfordshire, national training and consultancy. Our Board of Trustees is a group of committed, supportive experts in their own fields who, alongside the CEO, ensure the charity is well-run.
Hours: 5 hours per meeting, 4 meetings a year (usually third Thursday of the month in March, June and September, and then another early December, 1-3pm) starting 20th March 2025
Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire
Salary range: £15 per hour
