If you wish to make a referral to OXPIP, you can contact us in the following ways:
- Call us on the referral line: 07904538774 - Leave a message and one of our clinicians will call you back.
- Download the referral form, and email it to info@oxpip.org.uk or post it to us, at the the normal address.
